Crisp white plaster walls, undulating and creating curved surfaces. Up-lights on a surrounding toe-kick. Stone detail in ceiling highlighted with LED lighting. Carved details in walls and playful Terrazzo floor. A minimal but curated design. A project produced by Yazmin and team during her time at HBA.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center to this Multi-Unit Residential building. A place to unwind, relax, but also get your heart pumping. Inspired by natures natural forms and elements. A corrugated ceiling lit my LED soffit lighting and a playful lighting installation. Soft curves and plastered walls guide and invite in its guests.

Clean line yet curated details that speak to the relevant language of other spaces. Light marbles, light woods, and a detailed light soffit.
